Rahman to pair with Jyothika in 'How Old are You' Tamil

In the Tamil version of the Malayalam super hit movie ‘How Old are You’, Rahman will play the lead male role opposite Jyothika. In the Malayalam version Kunchacko Boban played the husband of Nirupama, the central character in the movie.

‘How Old are You’ written by Bobby-Sanjay duo and directed by Rosshen Andrews deals with the patriarchal society's attitude towards women and at the same time highlights certain socially relevant issues and women empowerment. The movie is also about the thoughts and inferences related to age.

Bobby-Sanjay-Rosshen Andrews team is in charge of the Tamil movie too. Rahman said that he is so happy and excited to be part of this movie. Rahman is paired with Jyothika for the first time.

The rest of the cast are only getting finalized. The film is expected to start rolling from November.

Meanwhile, ‘How Old are You’ is being remade in Hindi too. It is reported that Kajol and Ajay Devgan will do the lead roles in the Hindi version of the movie.
