Rain ravages Jolly LLB remake sets

Jolly LLB, a Hindi court drama was a great hit and it is being remade in Tamil with director Ahamed of Endrendrum Punnagai fame wielding the baton. The film is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin for Red Giant movies and has Harris Jayaraj’s music and Madhie’s camera work.

The film stars Udhayanidhi and Hansika as the leads with Aishwarya Rajesh of Kaaka Muttai fame doing a crucial role. Besides the lead cast, the film also has Vivek, Prakash Raj, Radha Ravi and others.

The film is 90% complete and the shooting was happening at a court set erected in Mohan Studios in Saligramam, Chennai. But the recent floods in Chennai have completely damaged the sets and the team is waiting for the water to get drained so that they can resume shooting fast.
