Rajinikanth to meet his fans after 8 years

Superstar Rajinikanth was to have met his fans in Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam, Chennai some time ago, but since every one of them wanted a separate photograph, Rajini felt it was difficult and decided to phase out the event district wise.

As per his statement, he would now be meeting all his fans. This will be after an eight-year long wait. He last met his fans following the success of his film Sivaji' (2009). Now they will be meeting him at Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam, in Chennai for five days from May 15.

The actor's publicist Riaz Ahmed confirmed that fans have been invited to meet, greet and pose for photographs with Rajinikanth. Sources said that the 66-year old star is not likely to hold discussions with his fans who wish to see him enter politics. On the professional side, he would soon begin his next project with Pa.Ranjith soon.
