Rajinikanth to meet his fans from 26th December

Superstar Rajinikanth, who regularly meets his fans, interacts with them and takes pictures with them, has announced that he would be meeting them from 26th December till 31st December in his Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam in Chennai. This was announced by his fans association.

The actor's fan club has sought police protection the event. The request to the police also states that he would be meeting his fans from 8 am to 3 pm, and that they are expecting about 1,000 people each day. This will be his second meeting with his fans this year. Members of the fan club will get an opportunity to take a photograph with their matinee idol.

This comes after much speculation of the superstar that he would be announcing his entry into politics on his birthday, December 12. But, no such announcement came and he had even rubbished these rumors last month by stating that he is in no hurry to start working in the field. He had also said he would be meeting his fans after his birthday and he had adhered to his words.
