Rajinikanth's Petta for Sankranthi?

Superstar Rajinikanth's next, Petta is announced for Sankranthi Release. It has to be seen if the Telugu Version of the film will also release in the festive season. Sankranthi, the biggest season of Star Releases in Telugu is already crowded with Balakrishna's NTR Kathanayakudu, Ram Charan's Vinaya Vidheya Rama and Venkatesh - Varun Tej's F2.

There are rumours that Akhil Akkineni's Mr.Majnu may join the race as well but it is now confirmed. Petta has no buzz whatsoever except the name of Rajinikanth. The movie may struggle to have a proper release in Telugu if released for Sankranthi
