Rajsekar-Jeevitha's daughter Shivani to enter films

Dr Rajasekar who was known for films like Idhu Dhaanda Police had made many films. His wife Jeevitha was also an actress. Now their daughter Shivani would be following the path of her parents in films.

Shivani says, “I have grown up watching dad and mom’s films, and I have always wanted to act. I have learnt Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi and classical singing. I am a trained guitar, keyboard and veena player. And to keep myself fit, I hit the gym every day. In fact, people often call me a fitness freak”.

Elaborating on her journey so far, she says, “I have been getting offers right from my school days in Telugu and Tamil films. But, by then I had got a seat in medical college. I was born in Tamil Nadu and brought up in Hyderabad. All my relatives are in Chennai though. I watch a lot of Tamil films and my favourites are Dhanush, Vishal and Vijay Sethupathi.”
