Rana's next is Kavacham

Hero Rana Daggubati, grandson of veteran producer Ramanaidu is not the one to stick to stereotype image of hero and is open to do all kinds of roles. He is bold enough to take up villain roles also. At a time when he is building his career as hero, he has accepted to be part of Rajamouli’s Baahubali as the villain against Prabhas.

Rana is also donning an anti-hero role in another historical film called Rudramma Devi which has Anushka in the lead role. Even as these are going on, he has signed another film and in this he will be the hero. The film is Kavacham and will be directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, of Andala Rakshasi fame. Though the director’s first film failed at the box office, Rana has decided to do a film with him.

Kavacham will be bilingual and will be simultaneously made in Telugu and Hindi. After hectic schedules of two period films, Rana will start working on Kavacham.
