Romancing Sonakshi was challenging, says Rajini

Superstar Rajinikanth participating in a curtain raiser event at Hyderabad for his upcoming Lingaa said that the toughest punishment one could give to a 60 year old was to make him romance young beauties.

He said in his trade mark style, “The worst punishment God can give actors like me who are in their 60s is to sing duets. I found shooting duets with Sonakshi more challenging than doing stunts atop a moving train in the film. Even in my first film, I didn't feel so nervous as much as I did when I had to romance her. I've known Sonakshi as a baby, and she has grown up together with my daughters”.

Sonakshi, on her part said that she was really fortunate to have made her debut in Tamil in a Rajinikanth film. The film also stars Anushka Shetty and releases on the 12th of December on the birthday of superstar. Click the Movie button below for more info:
