Saamy 2 to happen soon

Saamy starring Vikram and Trisha released in the year 2003 was a massive hit. The film directed by Hari had all the perfect ingredients of a commercial potboiler which appealed to the audience and critics alike.

Now after 13 years, director Hari had revealed in the audio launch of Vikram’s Iru Mugan that he will be doing a sequel of the film with Vikram as the lead supported by Priyan behind the camera and Harris Jayaraj as the music director.

It has to be recalled that Hari is right now busy with the third franchise of his much successful Singam with Suriya which is again a cop story. It has to be waited and watched how he is going to bring the difference in terms of treatment of two cop stories. The other cast and crew details will be announced after the release of Singam 3.
