Sadashiv Amrapurkar in stable condition, improving

Actor Sadashiv Amrapurkar, hospitalised in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai, and whose condition was reported critical, is stable now, and is improving.

"He is stable right now and has shown signs of improvement", his daughter Reema Amrapurkar told reporters, adding he is still in the intensive care unit.

The 64-year-old actor, famous for his performances in 'Sadak', 'Ardh Satya' among many others, was hospitalised due to a lung infection two weeks ago.
