It was already a known fact that Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol was keen on following his father’s footstep and become an actor. And finally, after much speculations, Karan has begun his journey into filmdom as he has started shooting for his debut film ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas.’

Proud father Sunny Deol took to twitter to make the big announcement and introduce his son to the world. Sunny wrote, “Started #palpaldilkepaas .. Karan's first day at shoot.. can't get enough.. my boy has grown big #love #actor #life.” (sic)

And guess what, the Khans of Bollywood warmly welcomed the young kid to the industry. Salman Khan, who is extremely close to Sunny paaji took to twitter and wrote. “Karan Deol welcome to the Hindi film industry congrats @iamsunnydeol.”

This was followed by another sweet tweet by Shah Rukh Khan, who has worked with Sunny Deol in ‘Darr.’ SRK’s message read, “All the best papa. He looks as tough and gentle as you. May all good things come his way.”

Talking about his son’s launch, Sunny said in a statement, “My father launched me and now I am launching my son. Karan is extremely passionate about his acting career and I am sure he will do everyone proud.”

‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ is directed by Sunny Deol and the shoot for the film began last week in Manali. The title of the film is inspired from popular song with the same title, which happens to be Dharmendra’s favorite.
