While the speculations were rife that one would see this hit jodi in ‘Kick 2,’ now we hear that Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez will indeed reunite, but not for the sequel to their 2014 hit film rather for Remo D’Souza’s ‘ABCD 3.’

Reportedly, choreographer-director Remo D’Souza has roped in Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez for the third installment of his dance film franchise ‘ABCD.’

A source, close to the development of the film, disclosed the details to a daily, “Salman starts Remo’s film right after he wraps up ‘Tiger Zinda Hai.’ And the heroine has been finalised too. Remo took his film to Jackie and she has liked the idea. She is out of the country, so once she’s back, he will sit down with her for a full script narration and lock her for the film.”

According to reports, the dance film essentially deals with a father-daughter relationship, where the father (to be played by Salman) is an ageing dancer and his 13-year-old ambitious daughter is eagerly waiting to step into his shoes. Jacqueline Fernandez will be essaying the role of a dance teacher for the film.

‘ABCD 3’ is expected to release next year on Eid.
