Sameer Thahir with Dhanush and Amala Paul

Sameer Thahir is the cinematographer of the Tamil movie ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari 2’ (VIP 2) starring Dhanush, Kajol, and Amala Paul.

This is the second Tamil film of Sameer Thahir. Priyadarshan’s ‘Sila Samayangalil’ was his first Tamil venture.

‘Velaiilla Pattadhari 2’ is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth; the script and dialogues are written by Dhanush.

The movie is a sequel to ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari’ (2014). Saranya Ponvannan, Samuthirakkani, Vivek and Monal Gajjar are the other main actors.
