Sanjay Dutt may have stayed away from the silver screen for a while but the actor is compensating for it by signing one film after the other. Sanjay has already finished shooting for his comeback film ‘Bhoomi’, has signed another film called ‘Torbaz’ and now we hear that he has another interesting project in the pipeline.

It has been reported that director Tigmanshu Dhulia has roped in Sanjay Dutt to play the gangster in the third installment of his successful franchise ‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster.’

Recently, producer-presenter Rahul Mittra had a meeting with Tigmanshu and the series’ writer Sanjay Chauhan to finalize the details of the story and the shoot. Dutt was then finalized for the role.

“He (Dutt) will look, talk and behave like a true royal. His costumes and appearance will be majestic. The world the films are set in will remain the same but Sanjay will be the central character this time. We are adding several new characters and some of them are big names,” revealed Rahul Mitra.

‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3’ will also star Jimmy Shergill and Mahie Gill, who will reprise their roles from the first two installments.

Reportedly, the film will go on floors in the month of August 2017, and will be shot extensively in Devgadh Baria, a small town in the foothills of Gujarat’s eastern border, 44 km from Godhra.
