Santhanam and Selvaraghavan film to have debutante Adithi

After Nenjam Marappathillai, director Selvaraghavan is working in a romantic-comedy with Santhanam as the hero. The makers are yet to announce the title of the film but it is being rumored that it could be Mannavan Vandhanadi, the famous verse from the song in Thiruvarutchelvar.

The latest is that debutante Adithi will be romancing Santhanam in the film. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music composer, GK Prasanna will be the editor, Loganathan is the cinematographer and Shiva will be the art director.

Sushanth, the producer of the film states, “I was the one who suggested Santhanam’s name to Selvaraghavan who readily accepted it. I thought the role would fit him well, since he is known for his sense of humour and also, the film is a romantic comedy”. The film is currently being shot in Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad after which they are planning to move to US and Kumbakonam.
