Savitri Biopic titled Mahanati

The Greatest actress of all times in both Telugu and Tamil cinema, from 1950s-60s, SAVITRI’s biopic titled Mahanati – in Nag Ashwin’s direction – is soon to begin shooting. Spending 31 years in the film industry, Savitri acted in a total of 263 films including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam languages.

Prestigious banner, Vyjayanthi Movies, is associating with Swapna Cinema as Mahanati’s proud presenter. Two star heroines, Keerthi Suresh and Samantha, are finalized for leading roles. While Keerthi is playing the title role, more details regarding remaining artists, technicians will be announced soon.
