Scenarist James Albert turns director

Into the list of scenarists-turned-directors, there is one more addition – James Albert. James Albert has penned the scripts of 6 movies from ‘Classmates’ to ‘Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal’.

His directorial debut is titled ‘Mariam Mukku’. ‘Mariam Mukku’ scripted by the director himself casts Fahad Fazil in the role of a fisher man for the first time.

The film is produced by Sam Big Movies. The main location is Thankasseri seashore at Kollam. The movie is expected to start rolling from next month.

Hima Davis is the heroine. Samudrakkani, Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, Sreenivasan, Tini Tom, Irshad, Saddique, Suja Menon, Seema G Nair, Devi Ajith, and Neena Kurup also include the cast.

Vayalar Sarathchandra Varma, Rafeeq Ahmed, Santhosh Varma, and Fr Sion are the lyricists and Vidyasagar is the music director.
