Selvaraghavan to direct Vijay Sethupathi?

Director Selvaraghavan’s last outing was Irandam Ulagam with Arya and Anushka and after which he started a film which had Simbu and Trisha with Madhu Ambat’s camera work but the project was shelved without citing any reason.

Later Selva began another film that was titled as Kaan with Simbu in the lead and the first look of the film was also out with a traditional looking Simbu sporting holy ash. The film was under Selva’s brother Dhanush’s production banner Wunderbar films, but a few days later Selva announced that he is putting this project in backburner for some time.

Now talks suggest that he would be directing Vijay Sethupathi and again his brother Dhanush would be funding the venture. First, it was rumored that Aishwarya Dhanush will be directing Sethupathi but later she refused the same in her Twitter page. With Sethupathi’s kitty overflowing with numerous projects, it is still not certain how he will give his dates to Selva. Official info is awaited.
