Shaam on his role in Venkat Prabhu's Party

Shaam, a talented artist is not much seen in Tamil films these days. But to his fans’ delight, he would be doing a pivotal role in director Venkat Prabhu’s Party. The film has already an ensemble cast of Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan, Shiva, Kayal Chandran, Regina Cassandra, Nivetha Pethuraj, Jayaram, Sampath and Nasser playing pivotal roles.

About his role in the film, Shaam says, “I play a stylish gangster in the movie and I hope Venkat Prabhu’s portrayal will earn me laurels. I will shoot for the movie in Fiji islands for about a month. Mankatha catapulted Ajith sir’s popularity to a different level and I hope that I get my due recognition with this film as well,” shares actor Shaam.

Explaining how he got the offer, the 12 B hero says, “One day, producer T. Shiva told me about this film. I share a brotherly relationship with him and I have complete confidence that he’d wish me only the best. Without any second thought, I packed my bags to Fiji.
