Shamitabh trailer released

The trailer of Shamitabh, the second Hindi film of Dhanush was released to a thunderous response. The film directed by Balki of Cheeni Kum and Pa fame has Amitabh Bachchan and Akshara Haasan in the leads with P C Sreeram as cinematographer and Ilayaraja as music director.

The trailer launch event was unveiled at a grand event in Mumbai which was attended by Balki’s wife Gauri Shinde (English Vinglish director) and Sarika (mother of Akshara Haasan) along with other cast members.

About Dhanush and Akshara, Amitabh said that it is difficult to compare the two as they have their own unique style. It is also said that Rekha features in the film but it appears like she does not have combination scenes with Amitabh.
