Shankar confesses to missing out on producing films

Director Shankar is busy completing his ambitious ‘Ai’ starring Vikram and Amy Jackson. Interacting with the media recently, the director has confessed to have missed out on producing some wonderful films under his ‘S’ Banner.

He said that he is enjoying the present phase of Tamil cinema as there are so many varied films being made and accepted. Shankar is all praise for the new directors who are coming up with so many interesting subjects and new style of film making. He added that he would have loved to have produced films like ‘Moodar Kodam’, ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ and ‘Nanduvula Konjam’. He said that though he is busy directing, from now on, he would also like to produce more films with new comers.
