Singer Benny Dayal gets married

Playback singer Benny Dayal who is known for his songs like Pappu Can’t Dance from Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Taxi Taxi from Sakkarakatti, Adiyae Kolludhae from Vaaranam Aayiram, Damakku Damkkau in Aadhavan and many more popular numbers got married to his model/actor/girlfriend Catherine Thangam.

Music composer Vishal Dadlani congratulated the newlywed through his tweet, “You guys are beautiful! @benny_dayal and @cathangam, much love and joy, always!” .

The pictures that were out had showed Benny Dayal in white dhoti-kurta while Catherine was resplendent in a light color saree. It was said that the couple got married in both the Hindu and Christian type of rituals. Catherine is based in New York, has performed on several prestigious stages for a variety of artists and events there. She has trained in classical Indian dance since the age of eleven. She was also seen in English Vinglish.
