Singh wants films to follow traffic rules

Mr Hrishiraj Singh has been in the news for his traffic enforcement. He has received praise from all quarters for bringing the traffic violations under control in Kerala and actor Mohanlal even wrote a blog praising him.

Now the traffic cop has turned his attention to the cinema industry and said that films should not feature heroes without seatbelt and helmets. However, his new dictum has not gone well with the film makers and they are divided over the issue. While some say that the instruction will help to reach across the message to the audience in an effective way, some others say that it is not possible to use helmets and seatbelts in film related situations as they are fictional.

At this moment it is not known as to whether this instruction will be accepted by the film fraternity with open hands.
