Sivakarthikeyan to work with Vignesh Shivn

Sivakarthikeyan who is busy wrapping up Mohan Raja’s Velaikkaran will move on to the sets of Ponram’s film where his on screen partner would be Samantha. Meanwhile, there are strong talks that suggest that Sivakarthikeyan would be directed by Vignesh Shivn and the film will be funded by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green.

Vignesh Shivn is presently involved with his film Thaana Serndha Kootaam with Suriya. His second film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan was a huge hit and this Suriya’s film is a much awaited one.

Yesterday, Sun TV confirmed that they have secured the rights of the untitled film of Sivakarthikeyan and Vignesh Shivn. However, sources from the director’s camp reveal that the Poda Podi director had a script Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal (KRK) ready even before Naanum Rowdy Dhaan began. Unfortunately, the film couldn’t take off at the point of time. It could be KRK that Siva and Vignesh are planning to do as their next. Work regarding this film will kick-start once Suriya’s Thaanaa Serndha Kootam is released. An official announcement is awaited.
