Solo to re-release in Tamil Nadu

Director Bejoy Nambiar’s bilingual Solo was released on the 5th of October all over, but due to the strike in Tamil Nadu due to the state entertainment tax issue, it had to be withdrawn after a day’s release.

With the government’s new pricing on theatre ticket price, the theatres in Tamil Nadu will be open for new releases and this is a great news for the team of Solo and the film will be re-released in theatres from today, the 14th October.

Confirming the news is director Bejoy Nambiar who posted, “SOLO Tamil re releases in select screens across Chennai! Devi & Sangam theatres for starters. Come on Chennai show some love #GOSOLO.” Solo has Dulquer Salmaan playing four roles in an anthology film with four different stories with the natural elements as metaphors.
