Sony Music bags Kaatru Veliyidai audio rights

Ace director Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai is complete. The film features Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles supported by RJ Balaji, Shraddha Srinath and others. Ravi Varman is the DoP while AR Rahman is in charge of music.

The announcement on the audio rights for this much awaited film came from the official Twitter handle of Sony Music who tweeted, “#ManiRatnam + @arrahman! It doesn't get bigger than this! We are happy to associate yet again with @MadrasTalkies_ for #Kaatruveliyidai”.

Karthi is said to play a pilot and the unit had shot in places like Ooty, Leh- Ladakh etc. Now that the audio rights are with Sony, the teaser or trailer may be released soon. It must be noted that Sony Music had acquired the audio rights of Mani Ratnam’s previous films like OK Kanmani and Kadal as well. Click the Movie button below for more info:
