Sooraj Pancholi congratulates Athiya for 'Mubarakan'

Mumbai: Actor Sooraj Pancholi has congratulated his "Hero" co-star Athiya Shetty for bagging the female lead role in Anees Bazmee's "Mubarakan".

"Athiya is looking forward to 'Mubarakan'. It's her second film. I would like to wish her all the best. Mubarakan (congratulations) to Athiya for getting 'Mubarakan'," Sooraj told reporters at an Adoptathon event on Sunday.

"Mubarakan" will see the uncle-nephew duo Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor for the first time on the big screen. The film also features Ileana D'Cruz.

Sooraj, on the other hand, said he will start shooting by January-end, but he refused to share more details about the film.
