Soori in Vijay 61?

Comedian Soori is having a whale of a time with so many projects in his kitty. His film with Vishal and Vadivelu, Kaththi Sandai is releasing today, the 23rd December under Suraaj’s direction.

Another important news that is coming out from his camp is that he may be signing Vijay’s 61st film which will be directed by Atlee. Already Vadivelu has come on board this film which would be bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Films. With the entry of Soori, the film looks like there would not be any dearth of humor in it. If Soori’s entry is confirmed, then this will be the third time collaboration of the comedian with Vijay, as the duo had earlier worked together in Jilla and Velayudham.

Vijay 61 has the script of Vijayendra Prasad, father of Baahubali director S S Rajamouli. As of now, talks suggest that Kajal Aggarwal could be the top contender for the post of heroine. Confirmations are expected to follow soon. Click the Movie button below for more info:
