'Speechless' dedicated to Jishnu

Actor Jishnu Raghavan, who is recovering from cancer at a young age, is now getting back to his normal life with his will power and the prayers of his near and dear ones.


Inspired from his life, his friends, whose support has always been a pillar of strength for Jishnu, made a short film titled ‘Speechless’ and dedicated it to their dear friend Jishnu.


Jishnu felt so happy and moved about their attempt and after watching the film send them the message: “I am speechless, really speechless”.


‘Speechless’ is written and directed by Jolly Joseph, Jishnu’s close friend and film producer. This is Jolly’s debut directorial venture. Jolly’s story is about a college lecturer whose life has undergone a drastic change due to cancer.


Jishnu’s another friend Shafeer Sait, who is also a film producer, does the lead role in the short film. The film which lasts for 12 minutes highlights the value of life during healthy times. The shooting took place at Ernakulam for two days.


Jishnu, son of yester year actor-director Raghavan, made his acting debut with Kamal’s ‘Nammal’. His last released movie was the Hindi remake of ‘Traffic’.
