Sri Thenandal Films to distribute Mani Ratnam's next

Sri Thenandal Films is a very powerful distribution and production company in film industry who have been associated with films like Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaya, Aarathu Sinam, Aranmanai, Baahubali, Pisaasu and many other films.

They have now come forward to distribute ace director Mani Ratnam’s next film which will have Karthi and Sai Pallavi as the leads. Although the film will be a production venture of Mani Ratnam under the banner of Madras Talkies, Thenandal Films have come on board to distribute the film. However it is a little strange that a film whose scripting itself is said to be at a very early stage has takers in the distribution chain of film business.
