Statue for Ajith

Recently, there were reports saying that a statue of Thalapathy Vijay had been made and would soon be unveiled.

Not to be left behind, a statue of Ajith has been unveiled today, the 3rd August in Kumbakonam, commemorating the actor’s 25 years in cinema. The statue is 4 feet in height, weighing 20 kgs made by sculptor Haribabu resembling the actor’s character in his next release Vivegam. It has been made with an expense of 1 lakh borne by Ajith’s fans and is in Gandhi Street Kumbakonam.

Ajith is awaiting his next release Vivegam on the 24th August and the fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the film almost after 2 years of his last release which was Vedalam. Click the Movie button below for more info:
