Sudha Kongara to work with Suriya?

Director Sudha Kongara, after having delivered a successful Irudhi Suttru with Madhavan, Ritika Singh and others, went on to do the remake of the same in Telugu with Victory Venkatesh as Guru. Now she is in the news again regarding her next project.

Although there were talks that she would direct Sivakarthikeyan with Am Rathnam as the producer, the director refuted the same saying she has not even met him. But, now, strong talks have surfaced that Sudha would be directing Suriya for her next film. It has been stated that Sudha had narrated a story to Suriya and he was impressed by the same. There is also a possibility that Suriya’s 2 D Entertainment could bankroll this venture.

Suriya is right now busy with Thaana Serndha Kootaam, post which he will begin his next project with Selvaraghavan. So, perhaps, he can do Sudha’s film after he is done with Selva’s or do parallely Sudha’s film. Official information is expected soon.
