Suriya and Dhanush begin their new films

Suriya who has had a latest release in the form of Thaana Serndha Koottam has begun his next project which is being helmed by Selvaraghavan. The film funded by Dream Warrior Pictures has Sai Pallavi as the heroine and Yuvan Shankar Raja as the music composer. Producer SR Prabhu tweeted, “#roollliiinnggSir!! @Suriya_offl @selvaraghavan #Suriya36 #S36Diwali2018”.

On the other hand, Dhanush had also begun his next film Maari 2 under the direction of Balaji Mohan. He took to Twitter to say, “With all your blessings and love #maari2 shoot starts FROM TODAY @directormbalaji @Sai_Pallavi92 @ttovino @thisisysr @Actor_Krishna @omdop”.

Incidentally, both the films have Sai Pallavi as the heroine and Yuvan Shankar Raja as the music composer. While Suriya-Selva film is announced as Diwali 2018 release, the plans for release of Maari 2 are yet to be told. Click the Movie button below for more info:
