Suriya launches first look of ‘Soorarai Pottru'

Actor Suriya unveiled the first look poster of his upcoming film, which is based on the life of Air Deccan founder, Captain GR Gopinath, on Sunday. Introducing his character as Maara, Suriya shared the first look on his Twitter page.

"Here's Maara.. An ordinary man with an extraordinary dream!” he tweeted.

Directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad, the movie will also release in Telugu, titled ‘Aakasham Nee Haddhu Ra’.

The flick is jointly produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and Guneet Monga of Sikhya Entertainment. It also features Aparna Balamurali, Jackie Shroff, Karunas, Mohan Babu and Paresh Rawal in prominent roles.

GV Prakash is the music composer of the film, which has editing by Satish Surya.
