Taapsee replaced by Lavanya Tripathi

Lavanya Tripathi made her Tamil debut through Bramman directed by Socrates that featured Sasikumar. She will now be seen in a film that will have the popular producer CV Kumar making his directorial debut.

Lavanya will be the lady lead in the film that would feature Sundeep Kishan of Yaaruda Mahesh fame as the male lead. Initially, Taapsee Pannu was signed up to play Sundeep’s girlfriend in this film, but citing date issues, she left the project.

Speculated to be a science fiction film, it is learnt that Sundeep will be playing a cop in it. Sources say that Lavanya was excited about the movie as Sundeep and she have been good friends, and added that she was looking forward to start working on it. Actor Ravi Kishan will be playing the antagonist in the film. Studio Green is bankrolling the project.
