'Alex Pandian' cleared with U-certificate

Chennai, Jan 3 (IANS) Karthi's Tamil action "Alex Pandian" has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification and will release next week.

" 'Alex Pandian' has been passed with U-certificate and is set to release on Jan 12," a statement said.

The film, directed by Suraj, also stars Anushka Shetty, Santhanam, Nikitha Thukral and Sanusha. Bollywood model-turned actor Milind Soman is playing the antagonist in it.

K.E. Gnanavelraja has produced the film, which has music by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Saravanan.
