Anirudh to act in Podaa Podi director's film?

Anirudh who rose to fame with Kolavery Di song in the film 3, is all set to try his luck in acting. It is reported that Anirudh will be debuting as hero in Vignesh Shiva's film. Vignesh Shiva has earlier directed Podaa Podi with Simbhu and Varalakshmi in the lead.

The film’s story is about a youngster and his romantic track. It is also rumoured that the film will be produced by Gautham Menon.

The film’s music is composed by Anirudh and he has already started working on the songs. The makers are looking for Samantha or a new face to be the heroine for the film.
