Chennai, June 8 (IANS) Music maestro Illayaraja, known for thousands of chartbusters, has used Austrian composer Gustav Mahler's 'Symphony No.5' in the recently released trailer of upcoming Tamil crime-drama "Onayum Aatukuttiyu", written and directed by Mysskin.

"We used Gustav's symphony in the trailer. Our director personally suggested Raja sir to use it as he felt it would be apt. There are no songs in the film, but the background score plays a very important part in merging the sound with the narrative," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Mahler is one of the renowned composers and conductors of the 19th century. He composed the 5th symphony in 1901-02.

Mysskin, who is known for helming films such as "Anjathe", "Yuddham Sei" and "Mugamoodi", is also acting in and producing the film under his home banner Lone Wolf Productions.

"Onayum Aatukuttiyu" is nearing completion and it is expected to hit cinemas soon.

"We are currently shooting in and around Chennai. Most of the shooting is happening at night because the story is set against the backdrop of darkness," source added.

Besides Mysskin, the film stars a host of debutants.
