Kadal certified U

Mani Ratnam’s Kadal starring Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair has been given a U certificate by the censors. With this it is ensured that the film will get 30% tax exemption.

The film stars Arjun, Arvind Swamy and Lakshmi Manchu also in the lead. The film’s music has been scored by AR Rahman and in a recent media interaction the ace music directors did a live performance of three Mani Ratnam songs.

PC Sreeram has cranked the camera and the film has been extensively shot in Thoothukudi and Dhanushkodi.
