Kamal does it for Ilaiyaraja

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan’s association with Maestro Ilaiyaraja is known to everyone. Now, Kamal has sung a song for the Maestro for the Hindi film Happi.

Apparently, the music director was not happy with the original singer’s voice and he thought Kamal would be apt for it.

Ilaiyaraaja immediately called up the actor and asked him to sing the song written by Jaideep Sahini.

It is said that Kamal Haasan rushed to Ilaiyaraja studio and recorded the difficult song in half an hour. Kamal Haasan later said that his respect for certain people go beyond the work place.
