Karuppampatti release postponed

Karuppampatti starring Ajmal and Aparna Bajpai was about to be released on March 15. However, the team has now decided not to release the film on March 15. It is reported that as they don’t want to compete with Bala's Paradesi and Dhileepan’s Vathikutchi, the team has decided to release the film on March 22.

Karuppapatti is directed by Prabhu Raja Chozhan who was a former associate of Shankar. The film is a story of two youngsters from two different time periods, 1950 and 2013. The film has music by Kannan of Tamizh Padam fame.
