Mani Ratnam and Illaiyaraja for Bharathiraja

Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum is Bharathiraja’s directorial after a hiatus and Karthika, daughter of yesteryear actress Radha is playing Annakodi in the movie. Bharathiraja’s son Manoj is also playing a significant role in the film.

The movie has been shot in and around Theni, Bharathiraja’s native place. The audio of the movie will be launched in a grand event on January 20 in Madurai. Maestro Ilaiyaraja will release the first copy and director Mani Ratnam will receive the first copy.
