Nayyandi stars rolling

Director Sargunam is doing his next project with Dhanush in the lead and the film has been titled as Nayyandi. The film was earlier titled Sotta Vaazha Kutty. The film also has Lakshmi Ramakrishnan and Soori among others. The film has Malayalam actress Nazriya Nazim as the heroine.

The film has started shooting yesterday and Dhanush will be joining the crew from February 21st. Nayyandi is a love story between a dental medicine student and a metal lamp (Kuthu Vilaku) shop vendor.

Dhanush had tweeted - “Nayaandi shooting starts from today. I’m joining the crew on February 21. Super-duper excited.”
