Santhanam's KLTA in trouble?

Santhanam’s maiden production venture, Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya is caught in a controversy. Naveen Sundar, an assistant director has alleged that the story of KLTA is his and he had narrated the story about two years ago to Santhanam.

Sundar has alleged that when he narrated the story, Santhanam was impressed and has said that he would get Simbu’s dates to make it into a film. Sundar also says that the film was titled Anbulla Simbu and Simbu had a cameo role in it. He says that after seeing the trailer of the film only he realised that the similarity of KLTA with his story.

He alleges that Santhanam is not allowing him to meet him and if he does not get justice he will go on for an indefinite fast.

KLTA has Powerstar Srinivasan along with Santhanam acting in it. The film has Simbu doing a cameo and is being directed by Manikandan.
