Sonna Puriyadhu tries out a Titanic gig

Mirchi Shiva's new film Sonna Puriyadhu is being directed by debutant Krishnan Jayaraj, a former associate of CS Amudhan. It seems he has taken a dig at the Hollywood super hit film Titanic, if one goes by its latest posters.

Earlier in one of his posters, he had showed Shiva wearing a Harry Potter look and now Shiva and Vasundhara Kashyap mock the memorable shot from the Hollywood flick Titanic.

The poster shows Shiva and Vasundhara Kashyap standing on a sinking Titanic ship, in the Di Caprio – Kate Winslet pose. Also the director has made a caption for the picture- "Jack and Rose, aana konjam overdose".

The film is about the life of a dubbing artist. Blade Shankar another RJ is also playing as a voice dub artist in the movie as Mirchi Shiva's friend.
