A film with solo character

After the recent release of director Tanikella Bharani’s Midhunam, which had just two characters, SP Balasubramanyam and Lakshmi, director Sujatha will experiment with a one character film. Her first Telugu film, Panchami will have only one character. The movie is a thriller.

It has to be recalled that in 1964, the film Yaadein, featured just one character, Sunil Dutt. However, the film had Nargis’ silhouette in the last scene.

Panchami is touted to be the only other Indian film with a solo character. Actress Archana is the only star in the movie and she is surprised and elated at this opportunity of acting in an experimental film.
