Kanchana remake rights

The remake rights of Lawrence’s hit film, ‘Kanchana’ has been bought by popular Bollywood film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The movie will be shot in Hindi and according to sources Lawrence will direct the Hindi remake.

Kanchana was a big hit in Telugu and the film had Lakshmi Rai opposite Lawrence. The details of the cast in the Hindi version are yet to be known.

Lawrence is currently busy with Muni 3, and it has Taapsee in the lead.
