Priyamani is not interested in an Olympians role

It was reported that national award winning actress, Priyamani was approached by the makers to do a biopic on Olympian weight lifter Karnam Malleswari in Telugu.

Initial reports suggested that the actress is considering the film, which will be directed by Suman Dubey. However, Priyamani has clarified that she is not doing the film and she added that it’s not a biopic.

The actress has a couple of films in Telugu such as her multi-lingual period flick, Angulika and Thikka, a Telugu film.

She is also acting in Malayalam and Kannada films.
