Ram Charan Teja's film goes to Gemini TV

Ram Charan Teja is acting in the bilingual Zanjeer, a remake of the Hindi film with the same name. The film has been titled as Toofan in Telugu. Gemini TV has bagged the satellite rights of Toofan for a price of seven crores.

Zanjeer is the remake of 1973 blockbuster movie, Zanjeer with Amitabh in the lead. Priyanka Chopra is the female lead in the remake. Apoorva Lakhia is the director.

Recently, it was reported that Amitabh Bachchan will be doing a special appearance in the film. The film will be simultaneously released in Telugu and Hindi.
