Thala 57 to begin from July

Ajith who celebrated his 44th birthday on the 1st of May would soon start work for his next film, the 57th one. His last film Vedhalam was a blockbuster victory which was directed by Siva.

It is said that Ajith will once again be teaming with Siva for his 57th too in which case the duo’s combination would be the 3rd one after their Veeram and Vedhalam.

It is reported that this project will be funded by Sathya Jyothi films and the makers would sign a contract on a Thursday as Ajith believes in this sentiment very much. Mostly, the film will begin shooting from the month of July. As of now, the news is that it will be one more commercial venture like the earlier ones that Siva is known to churn out film after film. Anirudh has been roped in as the music director. Rest of the details will soon be revealed.
